2. Services

England English Institute provides:

  • English language test preparation courses (IELTS, PTE, OET, etc.)
  • Study abroad counselling and application assistance
  • Online learning platform and practice tests
  • Document verification and visa guidance

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Course Enrollment

4.1 Registration

Course enrollment is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees.

4.2 Attendance

Students must maintain a minimum 75% attendance to be eligible for course completion certificates.

4.3 Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during classes and on the premises.

5. Fees and Payments

  • All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Payment methods include cash, card, UPI, and bank transfer

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Before course start: 90% refund
  • Within first week: 70% refund
  • After first week: No refund

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources are the property of England English Institute and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

England English Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Study Abroad Services

While we provide guidance and assistance, final admission decisions rest with the universities. We do not guarantee admission to any institution.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
